As business owners, my husband and I know the impact of reviews so I am HAPPY to share my experience with Ron and the finance manager at First Motors! Ron went over my options with my trade upon my arrival, before showing me the car I was there to see. This allowed me to know, upfront, payment planning before I'd totally fallen for a car I might not have been able to go home with. I was SHOCKED at the selection of vehicles from Audi and Land Rover, to the more affordable options...there were SO MANY OPTIONS! The staff had a good energy, and made me feel comfortable, which is hard to do as a woman on a car lot. I tend to worry that salespeople will see me and automatically assume they can really screw me over. My daughter will be driving in a couple of years, and there's a good chance I'll be visiting again.

I'll start of by saying I did not end up buying a car from here but with that being said, I worked with Michelle and from my first interaction with her till the very end, I have absolutely nothing but positive things to say. This dealer was phenomenal from the start. Michelle was very attentive and helpful in every aspect and with every question I had. I have no doubt that the next time I'm shopping for a car or anyone I know is looking, I will refer them here. The staff is great and the owner was also great.
